Hamstead Heath 10K, 6th Dec, 2009
Aiming to complete the 10K without stopping, with 2 weeks of training! 

Please sponsor me the run because as you may have seen the footage of the terrible floods in Cockermouth in Cumbria few weeks ago, the RNLI Flood Rescue Team was out in force day and night, helping over 150 people to safety.
