Prostate Cancer Research Foundation

The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation has two aims, the first to promote independent worldwide research into all aspects of prostate cancer; and the second to spread the crucial knowledge gathered from that research as far afield as possible, via an internationally recognised forum, attended by the world’s top prostate cancer experts. The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation is also the home of the Bob Monkhouse ‘Give a few bob’ campaign

We've been taking part in mountain marathons and other long distance events for a few years now, but this year we're upping the distance, and have entered the Fellsman - a non-stop 61 mile route across the rough moorland of the Yorkshire Dales, involving 11,000 feet of ascent for good measure! So we thought we'd take the opportunity to try to raise a bit of money for Prostate Cancer Research, a cause close to our hearts as Simon's dad is currently in remission from the disease.
