On Saturday 31st of August 2019, we sadly lost an amazing partner, son, father, brother, nephew and  a good friend. Ryan was someone who never spoke about how he felt so know one knew how bad his mental health had got. Unfortunately he thought that the only way he could find peace was to take his own life. So this year for world mental health day myself and a group from the fermanagh youth development programe have decided to raise awareness of the impact mental health issues have on our community. Our two chosen charities are the aisling centre and action mental health.
