UPDATE!

I made it! Thank you to everyone for the very generous donations.

On Christmas Eve I will attempt to complete the Festive 500 non-stop.

On the day you will be able to follow my progress live at the following link:
http://live.opentracking.co.uk/f500ns20/

This involves cycling 500 kilometres and I will attempt to do it within 24hrs, or as short as possible beyond that.

The route will involve cycling around a large part of Wales and the journey will be available to track my progress. Even if Strava allows this to be completed indoors for 2020, I will be doing my attempt outdoors, whatever the weather.

CRY is a charity and cause that I fully support and sadly have known three people who have died with young sudden cardiac death (YSCD)..

CRY Information:
Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young. By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. See how your support can help by visiting www.c-r-y.org.uk
