Over the next 4 months I am going to run 3 x  10k runs, The Manchester 10k on the 26th May, the 10k Bushy Park run on the 28th July and the Tatton Park Race for Life 10k on the 1st September!

You might think I am a bit mad for running all these races, but I want to raise money in memory of Dave Fuller, my best mates dad, who died in 2007 after suffering with Motor Neurones Disease. 

Dave was one of the kindest, funny, generous people you could ever meet and would do anything for anyone.  So I thought I would pay some of that back and do this for him and in turn help raise awareness and MNDA's plight for a cure for this evil crippling diease.

Please dig deep and sponser me, doesnt matter how much. It all helps!
