We are a group of six women running Leeds Half Marathon on 11 May 2014. 

We are proud to support Martin House Children's Hospice. This hospice has recently provided care and support to the family of Oscar Hughes, a very special 9 year old boy who sadly died in May 2014.  

The death of a child is tragic. Martin House are there to support families in the most difficult of circumstances. 

So, tomorrow we take to the streets of Leeds with Oscar very much in our thoughts. The strength he displayed has inspired us and we will do him proud.
