My Superhero Run Virtual · 28 April 2021 ·

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.

Story

“I think a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.” – SuperMan

My Superhero Run is a virtual event on Wednesday 28 April 2021(National Super Hero Day) where anyone can run, walk, jog or scoot – whatever suits! – for 5km anywhere, anytime dressed in a Superhero outfit to raise money for charity.

Our supporters and some ambassadors of Fight Train Clothing have agreed to sign up, put on a superhero outfit and join us on this day to raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation. We support this charity in memory of Chris Quenby who is at the foundations of this brand, creating inspiration to help support the mental health community and help people rise up to become the best versions of themselves.

The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
