1 Weekend - 2 Marathons

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So we start again on another challenge, raising funds for mental health and wellbeing.
Let's review the stats...
Everyone has mental health, some have good and others are suffering.
Why do I run?
Following the death of my best friend Chris Quenby to suicide, who was the founding owner of Fight Train, I have been on a mission since 2016 to champion people removing the mask around mental health stigma and 'Becoming the Best Version of Themselves.
Losing Chris saved me from my own demons of doing the same at that time, so will continue to honour his amazing inspiration and legacy through supporting others. Since 2016, I have witnessed first hand suicide and have also helped inspire numerous people to take the first steps on self awareness and recovery within my own journey too.
Early this year I was due to complete 3 marathons in 5 weeks which I managed to achieve 2 on back to back weekends, although the 3rd was a virtual and when it came I was in hospital with my partner as she gave birth to twins. So I made a commitment to myself that I owed myself another marathon.
I also committed to participate in the London Virtual Marathon in October 2022, having ran it 2 previous years so though I would extend my challenge and test my body by completing both virtual marathons in one weekend, on back to back days.
These will take place as I run through various villages across Kent on one day, followed by a coastal route on the second day.
I am a new father to two beautiful twins, a first time parent too, so this will be a big challenge for that weekend on top of committing to a training plan to achieve this! For anyone who has been a parent, sleep deprived and finding yourself in the first 6 months, I am sure you will understand,.
So I ask you to to support my mission and challenge, although most importantly, the people who might be struggling to feel a purpose in this world by donating to this cause.
Remember... its all about becoming the person you deserve to be
Thanks
