Australia is currently going through the biggest bush fires it has ever seen! Approximately 12 MILLION acres of land have been destroyed.

Experts say one BILLION animals have perished, including 30% of the wild Koala population in New South Wales. The population has been so decimated, they may now be no longer sustainable in the wild.

Please donate so WIRES can help save these amazing animals from extinction.

Your donation will go directly to WIRES, who will use the funds to rescue and rehabilitate native Australian animals affected by these horrific fires, including our precious koalas.

In our 12 hour livestream marathon we will be playing lots of games with special guests and codes to giveaway from the game developers and have lots of fun!

From WIRES - https://www.wires.org.au/blog/statement-from-wires-ceo-leanne-taylor

"The allocation of donations received by WIRES will be used to assist as many animals as possible across our nation - we can and will allocate funding and support to all states and territories where needed to assist animals affected by this crisis.  We will soon be announcing some new initiatives that have been made possible through these generous contributions.

Right now, our staff, qualified experts and volunteers are working around the clock to ensure that as many native animals as possible receive the ongoing care, supplementary food and recovery they need. This includes koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, possums, echidnas, birds, reptiles and more."
