Heart Space has been working in the community for just shy of 13 years now.

We are at a place post-pandemic where demand for our free community classes is at its highest we have ever seen but with fewer recourses, quieter classes (where we derive our core funding), and increasing costs of everything, we rely on this boost from the Kilt Walk to offer sessions.

We have expanded our offerings to include chair yoga as a free service weekly in Dundee alongside our free kids and family programmes.
