Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Finn's Fans are walking the Marsden March on 13 March 2016 and we would really appreciate your support for this fantastic charity and the Marsden hospitals. 

We are walking for Finn - only 4 years old and bravely battling leukaemia. Finn was diagnosed with ALL on Christmas Eve 2014 and was transferred to the Marsden in Sutton where he spent the next 18 days, beginning his treatment. With the help of the marvellous Marsden, Finn is doing really well, but his treatment including daily chemotherapy, regular lumbar punctures, and monthly pulses of steroids will last until March 2018. By the time he finishes treatment he will be likely to have had over 1,250 doses of chemotherapy. 

It is hard to describe the level of care, kindness and support everyone at the hospital offers - probably the best way to sum it up is that despite all of the invasive, painful and scary procedures and tests Finn has endured at the hospital, he genuinely looks forward to his appointments there. This is because the nurses treat him with kindness, respect and huge smiles, the doctors and anaesthetists take time to build his trust and to look out for his individual needs, the play specialists are amazing and everyone goes the extra mile with his care.
