Welcome to our JustGiving page! We would love for you to please donate towards our winter campaign enabling the UCKG Helpcentre to continue its great work across the United Kingdom! 

The UCKG HelpCentre was established in the UK in 1995 as a church and also a registered charity (no. 1043985). We have a number of projects and initiatives which support and empower communities across the country. One of them being ‘5Alive!’, which consists of 5 initiatives focused on helping and supporting the general public in communities across the UK. It was launched in response to the pandemic and has continued to serve several communities. The services we offer include:

• Soup Kitchen – Providing hot soup and/or light meals for the homeless and those in need. We have also launched the Soup Kitchen Plus which provides a wider range of services to the community including financial advice. • Food Bank - Providing basic groceries for those struggling to afford them in many of our centres across the country

• Give Warmth Appeal - Our winter appeal that focuses on bringing warmth to children, the elderly and to others in need, through gift-giving and provision of items that will help those struggling get through the cold winter months. You can find a video here (https://youtu.be/vFMj_ZoXRfY).

• 24-hour helpline – Available for advice, encouragement and spiritual support, as well as a listening ear at any time of the day and night. 

• Night Angels – Our night time outreach providing basic hygiene, clothing and food packs for those sleeping rough. You can find a video here (https://youtu.be/yWD2MMtdmrw) 

The UCKG Helpcentre also has various other community groups including:

• Victory Youth Group which runs weekly sessions to advise, support and uplift young people

• Patient Care Group who visit and care for hospital patients and their families 

• Rescue of Diginity Group rehabilitating prisoners and ex-offenders

• Caleb Group who offer activities for the elderly

• Beat Depression Group who support those suffering with mental health problems
