Forest Holme Hospice provides end of life care and support to more than 1,000 local people each year with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. Each year the charity needs to raise at least £900,000 to help enhance the NHS provision at the hospice and ensure that Forest Holme is there for patients and their family and friends during the most difficult time of their lives.

It’s been over three years since the Forest Holme team looked after Dad in his final few weeks…. although they were supporting him & us for some time before that. They’ve continued their amazing work through these difficult past few years & this is an opportunity for me to show them that even after this time, I am still so very grateful for their help. I’d like to help raise more money so Forest Holme can continue to provide their invaluable service at such a difficult time for their patients and their patients’ family & friends.
