I will be running the 10 miles of the Great South Run on October 17 to raise money for mental health charity Mind in memory of my cousin Patrick, who died in June this year.

Everyone who knew Pat knew he was such a kind, intelligent and funny young man. 

He was such an important part of the family and was not just a cousin to me and my brother Oli, but a lifelong friend.

Anything you can give in his memory would be greatly appreciated.
