One in five of us will have a lung condition during our lifetime. There's a new diagnosis every minute. I'm running The London Marathon 2023 for Asthma + Lung UK, a natural choice for me as I have suffered with asthma myself since I was a little girl. Not being able to breathe during an attack is an indescribable feeling. Any movement you make could make it worse, all you think about is trying to take the next breath, it feels like your chest is being crushed. It's terrifying, so if you can help, PLEASE do!!
