Story
When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, The Little Princess Trust is there to offer a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. The charity also funds childhood cancer research seeking to find kinder treatments. The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding.
On Saturday, February 11th I'll be shaving my head (except an inch or two on top) and donating it to the Little Princess Trust. A child and their family have enough to be worrying about when they're fighting cancer than not having hair. My hair will grow back, a child's might not grow back for the duration of their treatment. If a wig gives them a sense of normality in such a trying time then it's definitely worth it.
I'm asking for a little bit of help to turn my donation into a wig (or two?).
