During November hoping to achieve as many miles as possible with my work team. Chest Heart and Stroke are really supporting at risk patients at home with support phone calls and advice. This is particularly important during COVID. Chest Heart and Stroke are really struggling for donations and even a small £5.00 donation will go a long way.
