Fiona and Paul are running the Manchester 10K to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK via the Mace Foundation. Alzheimer's Research UK is a very special charity which is dedicated to researching ways to help defeat Dementia.

Fiona really hates running but is keen to confront this challenge face on to help raise money and awareness of Dementia. For every £1 donated, 84p powers research and helps people to understand and fight Dementia. The remaining 16p raises the next £1 and funds essential running costs.
