Knees aching after a route march over the Chevin yesterday and a run this morning.. 60 miles done. This is harder than I thought! Maybe time to remind myself why I am doing this.. Mother's Day seems a good day to reflect. 

I believe that refugees deserve better, and so I'm fundraising for Refugee Action. They've been standing up for refugees since 1981, and their vision is that refugees and people seeking asylum will be welcome in the UK. They deliver frontline services for refugees, and campaign for their rights. In the year where we've seen the government's anti-refugee bill and the devastating crisis in Afghanistan, we need action.
