15 miles is the distance between The Trevor Mann Baby Unit NICU Royal Sussex County Hospital and Princess Royal SCBU Haywards Heath. Many families would have spent time in both units.

We will walk along Brighton Sea Front and back until we reach 15 miles. We want to raise awareness of the units as well as support them, particularly this year when things have been so much tougher!

It is also NICU Awareness Month so a great opportunity to raise awareness for NICU’s! Many babies require neonatal support whether they are pre-term or term and born unwell. You are not a NICU parent until you are so having done awareness on what these amazing places do and normalising experiences may just help if you are ever in that situation.

Of course a very cause close to our hearts after Wren was born at 28+3 weeks and was in three different NICUs over 14 weeks, 10 being in TMBU. A very scary but incredible place to be and we owe them so much so will always do whatever we can to support them!
