There is a total of three peaks to be completed in 13 hours namely: Cuilcagh, Co Fermanagh; Benbulben, Co Sligo; Knocknarea, Co Sligo

This particular cause, Special Olympics Ireland, is indeed very close to my heart as I have a niece, Shóna Marie, who was born with Down Syndrome. Shóna has always been an inspiration to all the family, focussing on ability vs disability and loves Hip Hop, kayaking, sailing and go-karting!

Of course, the other reason this is close to my heart, is that of my own Mammy who passed away 3 years ago and is from Sligo. Her bedroom window with a view was Benbulben, Co. Sligo so I am also doing it in her memory. I miss my Mammy very much.
