We are teachers and staff of St. Eunan's Primary School. Caleb and his sisters are currently in primary 2 in our school. We want to show our support to Caleb and his family and also support the charity they have created. Calebs Trio of Hope is currently being set up in honour of a little boy called Caleb Stirrat who has had many battles with a brain tumour diagnosis. Caleb is a triplet and was just 3 years old when he was diagnosed with a rare aggressive brain tumour, sadly he relapsed and was placed on palliative care shortly after completing treatment. Calebs family know what it's like to fight big battles whilst trying to give your kids fun memories and granting all their child's wishes at such devastating times, knowing that they may not have time on their side. Therefore Calebs family have created their own foundation called Calebs Trio Of Hope Our aims are to create fun memories for children with cancer who receive a palliative care diagnosis. Families are often thrown into turmoil when they receive such a devastating diagnosis and often wish to provide their children with wonderful experiences and as much fun as possible to manage the time they may have left. Often these families have already faced so much hardship with costs of hospital stays travel and loss of income. Calebs trio of Hope aim to help fund the children's wishes and also provide ongoing support to the family through their time of need and after their child has sadly passed. Calebs Trio of Hope also wish to raise funds to donate to research into pediatric brain tumours. 40%of yearly funds will be donated to much needed research.
