Our challenge is to walk/cycle the distance equivalent from Malin to Mizen Head and back (854miles) with some extra miles for hardship, therefore 1,000 miles each. We are doing this as two of our four children, Lochlainn and Eilís, have a rare mito and they are our inspiration to get up and move every day.

Together with other supporters of the Lily Foundation, we will collectively reach the target of 24,901miles, circumnavigation of the world to raise awareness and vital funds.

This is to be completed by 19th September 2020, the end of Global Mitochondrial Disease Awareness Week.
