Each year, Faurecia UK launch the FUELS Charity Challenge for our Early Careers employees. Each site in the UK forms a seperate team and the teams compete to raise the most money and make the biggest impact over the year. We are the FIS Washington team!

FUELS stands for Faurecia Unites Employees to Link and Support communities & charities and is a company-wide initiative. It helps by making a difference by offering services to local communities & charities with a number of different activities.

Through our company culture, 'Being Faurecia', Faurecia is committed to social and environmental responsibility and fosters positive involvement in local communities and charities.

In additon to FUELS programs, Faurecia strives to balance growth with its environmental and social responsibilities to charities and the communities where it operates with a focus on environment and ethics. Faurecia UK is particularly focussed on health & wellbeing and actively supports charities striving to raise awareness, research cures and promote healthy lifestyles. Each year we choose a different charity that means something to our employees, to partner with for the challenge. With this in mind, the choice to support Cancer Research UK for this years' challenge was simple.
