F.I.T. North have decided to take part in the Super7 challenge as this awesome charity offers lots of amazing support to a number of our clients.

The week of the challenge will see our clients being tested and pushed through exercise - all things related to the number 7! and for those who are successful F.I.T. will donate to this just giving page.

We also have the 777 mile challenge, where we hope as many of our clients will help us run/walk 777miles through the week...that's a lot of miles and no easy challenge but we can do it!
