Every Thursday, starting this Thursday 9th April at 8.15pm (just after the clapping), join me and attempt to do 1000 reps in one session:
This is a challenge that is already doing the rounds in the fitness world and involves completing 200 reps each of 5 different bodyweight exercises. Starting with 20 reps of each exercise, then going down a rep each time (19,18,17 reps of each exercise) until you're done! Also known as a descending pyramid.
Each week, I'll change the 5 exercises to keep things interesting! Good luck....
....I actually have no idea if I can even do it, so it should be fun to watch (for you!)
