Mental health is important for everyone. So know that if you’re facing a mental health challenge, you are not alone!
We are running series of events to raise awareness of mental health issues and start conversations. We will be raising money for Health in Mind charity and at the same time discovering the ways we can take care of ourselves. We hope you can join us
Events:
🌟 2nd October - Saturday 11 am INTRO TO COLDWATER (approx 50 minutes) - Portobello Beach - Joppa Steps
🌟 3rd October - Sunday 11 am ZUMBATHON (90 minutes) - car park next to Fitness Soul, 34 Tennant Street, EH6 5NA
🌟 10th October - Sunday - Mental Health
Awareness Day - 5 pm ZUMBA + COLD DIP (45 minutes) - Portobello Beach - Joppa Steps
