Support UCLH Charity this Christmas by taking part in the FITzmas Team Challenge. This is the perfect time to get out, get active, connect with friends and colleagues whilst helping the local community and supporting our wonderful NHS. Monies raised is for NHS staff and patients at UCLHospital at this critical time.
To take part in the FITzmas Team Challenge, teams of up to 8 people choose their own personal challenge of walking or running 30, 60, 90 or 120 miles in one month.
1. Each person must register as an individual on Run for Charity and pay £13 entry fee: http://bit.do/Fitzmas-Challenge-Entry
2. Email: bee.desoto@fitzroviapartnership.com with the name of your team, team members with their chosen target mileage.
3. Your team will be set up on the leaderboard.
4. Start fund-raising by providing friends and family with a link to this page. When they make a donation, ask them to add the name of your team in their message so we can track your donations. (There's the formidable fundraising trophy at stake!)
You can do as little or as much fund-raising, any small amount will help and make a difference to patients and staff this festive season.
There will be two competitions:
1. The mighty miles trophy.
2. The formidable fundraising trophy
The challenge will be facilitated by The Fitzrovia Partnership, the local Business Improvement District. Results will be updated weekly on displayed on a leaderboard on https://fitzroviapartnership.com/about-us/fitzmas-challenge/
PLEASE NOTE: As this is a virtual event, due to current Government and NHS guidelines, teams must take part virtually, adding their individual miles together to form a team total each week.
Participants must keep up to date with the latest updates from the GOV and NHS and adhere accordingly.
