I'm running this year's London marathon in aid of Jane's appeal to help mark the 10 year anniversary of Jane Tomlinson completing the marathon.  This will be my 14th consecutive London marathon and as usual I'll be running in the rather fetching Dizzyfizzy outfit (yes the balloons are irritating!)..

I know I ask for sponsorship each year so please don't feel obliged but I also know that the charity would really appreciate every penny however, large or small.  Jane's husband, Mike, and one of their daughters, Rebecca has just run the Paris marathon, are currently cycling 500 miles and will then be running the London Marathon on Sunday - all in one week to mark the 10 year anniversary of Jane's run - they are an inspirational charity with alot of courage and heart!
