May 5th and 6th sees the 6th running of the Mk1 Performance Mini track event at Blyton Park raising money for Cancer Research UK. Everybody knows a member of their family or friends who have suffered or is suffering from cancer as I do in my own home. Cancer Research UK constantly find better and more effective ways to treat cancer through their vital ongoing research projects. Funds raised at events like Blyton do make a real difference to peoples lives with kinder and more effective treatments and what better way to raise money than blatting around a race track in Lincolnshire in classic Minis! As usual all all funds raised at the event go straight to the charity who strive to help families like mine.
