I am super excited to have the opportunity to go to Sacramento, California and work as a Personal Development Coach for Sacramento Cottage Housing.

I would hope that throughout my life, and at very least throughout my four years in college, I have acted in such a way that promoted social justice and uplifted those around me. I think that JVC's mission and its values, of Simplicity, Spirituality, Community, and Social Justice align very closely with how I have attempted to live. Therefore, I think that this opportunity is an incredible next step in my journey. In being a part of JVC, I hope to to grow as a person and as a community member, as well as continue to advocate for social justice.
