On 9th May this year, Cadan and I are taking on the challenge of walking 10k to raise money for ‘Reverse Rett’.  

This charity is very dear to our hearts as a close friend’s wonderful little girl Rianna was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome. She is only 7 years old.

Rett Syndrome is an awful debilitating disorder which most often strikes previously healthy little girls just after they have learned to walk and say a few words, and begins to drag their development backwards.

As a parent, I can’t imagine how you cope with the devastating news that your little girl has Rett Syndrome. However, there is now hope that a cure can be found, with recent research showing the possibility that Rett Syndrome can be reversed. Our friends are wonderful parents who give Rianna the very best life possible. I am so inspired by their continuous positivity and strength.

Please give anything you can to support the amazing work of this charity, and to give hope of a cure for children like Rianna, which they so desperately need.
