Story

Our patients need help fast. Often the best way to reach them is with our helicopter. To be able to stay safe and communicate in the air, our crew need specialist, bespoke helmets. Without helmets they would have to attend these incidents in one of our Critical Care Cars. This would potentially add 45 minutes to their journey, and these patients could be missing essential critical care time. Helmets allow our crew to be there quickly, when most needed.

About the charity

We provide air ambulance and critical care across Bristol, B&NES, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. On average we attend 5 incidents every day. As a charity we need to raise £4m each year to keep flying. Your Charity, Saving Lives together
