Welcome to the London Marathon 2020 page for #TeamPCRC! This year promises to be our biggest and best so far, with all our fundraising providing a better future for men and their families affected by prostate cancer.

Story

Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page. Prostate cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in men. Every hour one man dies from prostate cancer in the UK.  The Mission of PCRC is to develop new therapy for men with advanced prostate cancer. The immediate goal is to increase survival and their vision is a cure for the disease. Every pound raised will help PCRC achieve their vision.

My lovely Daddy was diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year. I think he’s the best. So you can imagine how this affected our family. Luckily for us, after some treatment, he’s doing fantastically well.

It’s made me very aware of how little awareness there is about this particular cancer considering how common it is among men. So...Iv decided to do something silly. Run a really, really, REALLY long way!! Otherwise known as a marathon. Eek!

Please please give what you can. It’s a great cause, and I’ll love you forever!

And gentleman.....go get yourselves checked!   Flic xxx
