Epilepsy Action is creating a world without limits for everyone affected by epilepsy, connecting people with others, and providing support and information you can trust. We’re calling out the misunderstanding, prejudice and barriers that stop people with epilepsy living their best life.

Story

Carla is my big sis and at 27 she loved, laughed and left us last August due to a seizure, she has been my inspiration for everything from my first day at school right through to her unbelievable courage with living with epilepsy.

She has incredible friends who miss her so much but as she always said 'it'll be reet'  - and so it shall...

We have pledged that we will endeavour to raise £1 million for Epilepsy Action and we fully intend to fill that promise with many fundraisers.

What better fund raiser than the London Marathon, running with others who are also raising funds for incredible causes and helping people that fight a daily struggles caused by disabilities that we are still finding a cure for.

Aisha and I will train through Christmas and New Year through to April to run 26.2 miles in her memory (with a gin and tonic waiting on the finish line and big party if we're still standing..:)

We want to help people who have this condition who continue to fight it everyday.I knew all her worries about the condition and I want to help resolve them for other people for the future before it's too late
