The average journey for a patient at The Christie is around 60 miles. Therefore, my challenge this Christmas is to run 60 flights of stairs to raise vital funds for The Christie.

Cancer has affected my family and friends in recent years, so being able to give something back to The Christie makes me feel very proud. 

The Christie is the largest single site cancer centre in Europe, treating more than 60,000 patients a year. It also has the UK's largest chemotherapy unit and is the most technologically advanced Cancer Centre outside of North America.
