Story
I am running the London Marathon in April 2024 with my sister Martha for British Heart Foundation, and we would be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
We are running in memory of Dad, who died of a heart attack in 2004, so by the time of the marathon, this will mark 20 years since he died.
This is also very special as it will mean that every Hershman has run the London Marathon! Mum ran in 2005, also for British Heart Foundation, with Dad’s best friend Nick. Alice and I then ran in 2017, again for British Heart Foundation. Issy and husband Charlie ran in 2021; Issy for Heads Together and Charlie for Save the Children. Finally, Martha and I will run next year, therefore Martha will complete the loop!
We would hugely appreciate your support in raising money for a fantastic charity and to help us honour and remember our amazing Dad.
