This is a bit more about why I'm doing this incredibly tough challenge and the reason I'm so passionate about raising vital funds for the amazing work MQ are doing to find a cure for Mental illness. I have suffered with mental health since I was eight years old and only now 12 years later have found my voice to speak out about mental illness and help stop the stigma, I'm extremely proud to be an MQ Ambassador. My journey to get to where I am now has not been easy at all it has taken time and for me to find things that really help me and one of those being fitness it's my main passion and has been my savior on my darkest days, the power of exercise is incredible. One in four of us suffer with mental illness but still in this day there is still such a stigma surrounding it and people so scared to speak out. I want to help change this and show people that you're not alone at all and don't be embarrassed about suffering with mental health be proud of who you are and never change. So the challenge will be taking place in November at Soho Farmhouse. I will be doing 100 burpees, 100 sit ups 100 plank jacks every hour for 12 hours this challenge is going to be tough but I'm so determined to do it and I'm doing it for such an amazing charity. Let's stop the stigma, fund vital research for mental illness and help find a cure. I so want to reach my target and beyond, so whatever you can spare I will be very grateful.
