George Thomas Hospice Care are the major provider of specialist home based palliative care in Cardiff. Since its founding in 1984, GTHC has gone on to provide care and support for thousands of patients and their families in Cardiff.

They are always going above and beyond for anybody and everybody, and that is why I am raising money so that through my support, they can support others.
