I have been volunteering with SPACE for over a year now.  They help families who are struggling with all sorts of challenges including poor health, marriage break up, kids with special needs, isolation, poor mental health and poverty.

I love working in their social enterprise, Love Your Space, particularly working with the volunteers, many of whom have additional needs.  This is a charity that helps families through the tough times.
