Story
Brookwood Primary School would like to bring the children, families and the community together in a fundraising event that will enable the development of the school’s Wellbeing Hub.
The Wellbeing Hub is an indoor space in the school that is used to provide pastoral support to children, staff and families; enhance support for children with additional learning needs and host special events. Considering the pandemic, and its impact on everyone’s social, mental and financial wellbeing, we envisage this space will be an invaluable asset.
Further development of the Wellbeing Hub would create an enhanced environment to provide support to children and the wider community. Planned development of this facility would involve refurbishing the space, developing a high quality sensory room and purchasing specialist resources.
Our aim is to encourage the children and the local community to 'Just Move', and see how far we can travel in this virtual event.
Kids event (organised by the school)
