Welcome to the 27th Annual Follow the Stars - Macmillan Carols!

It was wonderful to welcome so many of you to our annual Christmas fundraiser in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, livestreamed from Christ Church Cathedral.

Enjoy readings from Greg Wise, Mel Giedroyc & Toby Jones along with some of your favourite carols brought to you from the world class voices of the Oxford Bach Soloists. 

This year we are thrilled and honoured to have the highly acclaimed, classical trumpeter Alison Balsom. Described as "simply divine" by The Sunday Telegraph, this years event is not to be missed at any cost!

Kirsty Young enthused that the evening was "utterly magical and for the best possible cause - buy a ticket", whilst Sally Phillips, equally enthusiastically, thought that "the music and the choir were outstanding - it was Christmassy and extremely beautiful".

WHY WE NEED YOU

Macmillan Cancer Support relies on donations from people like you for their income and 100% of your donation will go directly to Macmillan to help improve the outcome and survival rates of those with cancer. Being told "you have cancer" can affect so much more than your health.  Macmillan Nurses make a life changing difference to people living  with cancer and their loved ones, and they are the key point of contact from the point of diagnosis.  Macmillan knows that it is this vital one-to-one support from a dedicated Cancer Nurse that makes the charity so special,  helping individual patients through the maze of health and clinical care services.

This is our 27th fundraising carol concert in the magnificent setting of Christ Church Cathedral.  We have raised £761,640 for Macmillan since 1996 and we couldn't have done it without your ongoing support!.

This year our aim is to raise £60,000 for people living with cancer.  If you and everyone else who visits this page gives at least £2.00 before you log-off, together we can achieve this!
