Marie Curie provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness across the UK. Our nurses work night and day in people’s homes and our hospices offer specialist care. We also support people emotionally, provide practical information, and match them with trained volunteers.

Story

So I have decided to take part in Marie Curie's Crochetathon. As you probably know, Marie Curie is essential to the survival and wellbeing of those with cancer. Now, we ALL know someone who has been affected by cancer. It also affect 1 in 2 of us, which is TERRIFYING! I also made a pact with myself after we lost my beautiful Mum Deborah Horabin that I would spend the rest of my life helping to find a cure so that nobody has to go through what I did (honestly, would not recommended. Zero Stars. Hurts like hell.)

I am raising funds to help fund the fight against this awful disease. I will be spending every day of march crocheting a fabulous blanket, similar to the one in the picture below that I mad previously. The colours will be at random to give it that lovely unique aspect. This will be a one of a kind blanket! That blanket took me 2 weeks, so this one is going to be HUUUUGE!!! I also crochet at the speed of light, so I mean, yeah, this thing is going to be massive! I am asking that people donate £5 to this which will automatically enter you into a prize draw to win the blanket once its finished on 31/03/2022!!!!!

I would really really REALLY appreciate your support in this. This is for SUCH a good cause, so if you can, please donate £5 and share share share!!!!!

Prize winner will be drawn at random on 31/03/2022 :)

Please share everywhere that you can <3

Much love xxx
