Aaron's charity tour of East Anglia

Aarons charity tour of East Anglia · 15 September 2018
A message from Aaron: Please donate what you can to help me raise funds for a tiny charity who need all the help they can get.
On the 15th of September, I will be riding solo around East Anglia and I want to raise £1 per mile I ride. If it go's well, I might consider doing another ride in the Spring of 2019.
DBA UK are one of the sole fundraisers for UK research into Diamond Blackfan Anaemia (DBA), an ultra rare genetic condition my friend's son Henry suffers from.
DBA UK are also an intrinsic resource, particularly for family's with children who have the condition, that support and help with the difficulties of living with DBA. With only approximately 100 families in the UK with DBA, the little charity is hugely important but they need your help.
Even a small donation will go a very long way!
Also, Henry's parents are trying to raise the profile of DBA by fundraising for DBA UK too, and are also collecting as many registrations for the stem cell donation register as possible using 'Henrys Little Heroes' - Visit helpourhenry.org
One of the 'last resort' treatments for people with DBA is a bone marrow transplant (stem cells are required for this), and the stem cell global register is hugely under subscribed, so as well as donating to the ride, please consider registering for stem cell donation. Google 'DKMS UK' for more info.
