About Andrea

Andrea was diagnosed with late stage Ovarian Cancer over 6 years ago. She was treated by the Royal Marsden Hospital but happily devoted time and energy to supporting Target Ovarian Cancer. To help raise symptom awareness, Andrea was interviewed on the national news and she lobbied MPs at the House of Commons. 

She was supported by and in turn was able to support other women who have been struck by this devastating disease with help from Target Ovarian Cancer. Andrea forged wonderful friendships throughout this time and found the community was an invaluable source of comfort, support and often even humour during her years with the disease.
