Between 28^th October - 7th November 2006, Peter Towe, John 'the cabbie' Draper, Steve Wells and Dave Neilson Hiked the Himalayas to help raise money for Saint Francis Hospice. The challenging task included a 5 day trek along steep and rocky Indian mountain paths. The trek started from the hill town of Shimla and ended in Agra at the breath taking Taj Mahal.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor them: Saint Francis Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

The money raised will go towards the hospice where Debbie (mum) spent her last days in comfortable surroundings, well looked after and at peace. It costs £384 per day to care for each patient in the Hospice, which Debbie or her family didn’t have to pay a penny for. The hospice relies on donations and people raising money for them to keep it running. It was such a lovely place for her to be, with such fantastic and understanding staff, which is why my family are doing this…. So any help and support is appreciated!!!

Thank you to everyone that attended our first fundraising event JENNINGS CHARITY POKER TOURNAMENT. The evening was a great success raising a grand total of £2,770

Our second fundraising night raised a total of £500.53! It was a fantastic night which everyone enjoyed. Exclusivenight.co.uk, the promoters of the night donated £250 made on the door so special thanks to you, also to Karma bar for all their help & support

A grand total of £2,220 was raised at DAWNS QUIZ NIGHT, our third fund raising event. Big thanks to Dawn, and to all who attended and played on the night!

£1507.00 was collected at the second Karma Bar Fundraiser on 07/07/06. Well done to all the lucky winners of the raffle who won fantastic prizes kindly donated  by local companies

From the golf day arranged by Leader Associates through Dave Neilson £1,500 was raised, thank you to all the contractors involved

£530 was raised by Tony Neilson for his sky dive! Thank you to all those who sponsored him

On 03/09/06 in Hyde Park 5 of us completed the Hydro Active Challenge 5k run in under 1 hour... See the link below for pictures from the day

The West Essex Celebrity Charity golf day held on Monday 18th September was a tremendous success. The support given by West Essex Golf club, the celebrities and the player helped to raise a figure of £23,236.00! This was a wonderful achievement and the family would like to thank everyone for helping to make the day so successful . The final amount raised including gift aid of £2,950 was £26,186.00                                                                                           

                                                                                                                                 To all that attended the PINK BALL on 2nd December 2006, I would like to say a BIG thank you from me, dad and Daniel! Thank you for all your support and donations on the night. The whole evening was amazing and I hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did....
