Campaign by Cancer Research UK (RCN 1089464, SC041666, 1103 & 247)
Cancer Research UK is raising money to build a brand new research facility at the heart of London that will help us beat cancer sooner. It’s called the Francis Crick Institute.

Story

Foreign Sisters UK was founded in 2007. Their objective is to mobilise a dynamic and powerful group - high-profile women in the UK - to increase awareness of the work and international standing of Cancer Research UK, and to support the outstanding and vital work of its scientists and doctors.

For the past five years, their fundraising has been dedicated to the Create the Change campaign for the Francis Crick Institute; a ground-breaking new medical research unit in the heart of London. The Francis Crick Institute aims to change the face of medical research through the creation of a unique partnerships between six of the world's leading biomedical research organisations. With their continued support this year, the Foreign Sisters hope to be able to fund a laboratory in the Francis Crick Institute to help drive the goal to challenge cancer.
