Valley House Domestic Abuse Shelter has been a strong part of the Coventry community since 1977, expanding from one single house to a wide variety of accommodations around the city today. The shelter offers much more than accommodation, such as support to victims of domestic abuse and special populations, counciling, legal advise, after care and youth groups. 

We at ForeverFit, members of ForeverFit Personal Training, are a group of individuals that would love to raise some serious cash for this charity. In 2020, a total of 1,288,018 domestic abuse-related incidents and crimes in England and Wales (excluding Greater Manchester Police) were reported. Every penny counts to make sure a service as amazing as this can be available to people when they need it most.
