On 3rd October 2021 I will take on the London Marathon in memory of my amazing dad, Adrian Wood, who very sadly passed away at the Royal United Hospitals (RUH) Bath Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in May 2016.

Even though I've always lacked any physical fitness or skills (I couldn't run a bath without breaking a sweat!), I wanted to take on one of the world's biggest challenges, the London Marathon, in memory of dad to show that anyone can overcome any obstacle to achieve something they set their mind to. 

I'll be running for The Forever Friends Appeal RUH Bath where all donations will go to RUH Bath ICU and make a real difference to the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients like my dad as well as their families. By donating as little or as much as you can you will be doing something incredible and supporting patients of Bath ICU in critical conditions as well as their families. Thank you so much!
