Many of you will know that I lost my brother in law just over a year ago. We miss him terribly but the specialist unit that tried in vain to save him at St George's Hospital have helped to save hundreds of lives over the last year. The Atkinson Morley Wing Neuro Intensive Care Unit  which cared with such compassion for Chris until the end do however need as much support as possible to continue their amazing work. So please no matter how small please sponsor me and Tony to run in the middle of winter along Brighton sea front for a very deserving cause. Dig deep.
